Everything is a challenge!! - become harder!!

As a Muslim,there might be a certain thing we can or forbid to do. Not like a Chinese, Hindu or Athiest, they are able to do everything even not all, but they are more free than us. What are we concern here is about the issue of covering aurah for Muslims. 

Facebook is a place where people can upload their pictures for free and unlimited. So, many of young Muslims nowadays especially ladies, uploaded their photos in variety of styles with reason of fun. The question is where is the feeling of shy for a young lady? They seems like have no knowledge about aurah. This might be a challenge for young generation to avoid such things and so become a good Muslim.

Furthermore, they are people who use Facebook as a medium to find a life partner. Yes this is correct but some of them use it in a wrong way. Islam forbid us to have neither boyfriend nor girlfriend. So for those who are less concern about this matter, they have no issue on using Facebook to do such things. Again, it would be a great discussion regarding this.

Besides that, limitation in friendship between boy and girl must be considered as you can't go beyond the limit. Currently, social networking not just Facebook, has been being a place for discussing a sensitive issue such as porn by irresponsible people. Many pornographic items are available even though Facebook's security has forbid it. But we don't have any idea how this things could happen in this site. Plus, such people don't put those items in private-they mean it!! So it would be tough for parents to guide their children nowadays because this site(Facebook) is easy to achieve.

Can't think well

Using Facebook as a place for meeting friends virtually is not a doubt anymore. But many people fail to maintain their power of thinking, just follow what others doing, weather good or bad. Consequently, others claimed that having a social network would give an impact to their social life. But is it true? Let's look at some example down here..Happy reading!!

Report from Kosmo!

According to our lecturer, Mr Razi, he told us a fact about a Chinese girl who committed suicide due to some problem. But what is an issue here is she revealed to others that she wanted to kill herself in her status in Facebook. If you are her friend of friends, what would you do? The thing here is many people who read her status seems 'encouraged' her to commit suicide and even challenged her to get her point!! This is so bad! Lastly, without further thinking, she committed it. So it is clear enough to show that people will lose their mind even by using Facebook.

Another case we want to share here was happened in Brisbane, Australia. As reported in Kosmo! newspaper, a guy who was influenced by a new trend in Facebook, died while taking his picture lying on a balcony of his house. He was fall down to earth from his apartment, level four at four in the morning.

New trend for FB

      The authority of the whole world is concerned about this new trend because it is so weird for someone to have a picture lying on something, seems like a flat plywood especially when it become an issue of fatal. What's worrying is this trend will become a very big challenges for small kids nowadays because they are immature to think wisely and they are easily influenced by irresponsible people.

SO MOMS AND DADS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT  YOU TAKE AN APPROPRIATE ACTION

Mark...faceBOOK or faceCHALLENGES??

Even though Mark Zuckerberg is labelled as a successful person in his life but only he knows how hard the situation must he faced to be at this stage. For sure all of them won't come easily. Mark as a developer of Facebook, surely has faced so much challenges in order to make his dream become true. Yes finally he succeed and Facebook became a very popular social network nowadays compared to its competitors. Since Facebook is later than Myspace (one of the social network company available), Mark and his friends had to work very hard in order to convince the other consumer to join Facebook. How to attract people who are using Myspace, Twitter or other site to join Facebook? One of them is to make Facebook is a free social networking site. So consumers would attracted to it. But how he want to gain revenue and to maintain the site if he provide this site for free? Plus other social networking site also providing free site. So this kind of matter should Mark and his staffs overcome in order to compete and to win the consumers.

Besides that, features contained in the site also need to give attention because like other social network, they try to improve the service by providing so much great features for example music and videos. Facebook developer need to think something that never been used by other social networking and to ensure that all the features provided is user friendly. No matter for the age whether they are young, old, single or married. Myspace for example has changed the feature(quite a long time ago), but it seems too compact and complex, making people bored to use it. In fact, many of our friends including us have totally out of Myspace. Many people love a simple, easy and attractive feature so that they can do what they want without taking too much steps.

Thinking the limit of age of using Facebook also might be a challenge for Mark because if he got wrong step in deciding it, Facebook would be banned by this generation but in fact this kind of people would bring the popularity into the higher level instead of corporate guys. Kids normally love to make new friends and share common interest together. Kids' wants are hard to stop so since social networks are free, it is a suitable place for them. So, the developer needs to attract these kind of people for always use Facebook as their social networking.

 Here are the some pros that can be more than enough for us to enjoy them……

  Low Costs

Definitely, it's cheaper to use online social networking for both personal and business use because most of it is usually free. While personal use is rather simple for anyone, the business functions are underestimated by many. For instance, social networking provides us online chatting with our friends that enabling us to share information and learn something that is out of our expectation. Not only that, it can make us to release tension by providing some games for us to enjoy and play such as FACEBOOK……….

  Connections

We are friends with people who have other friends, and so on. There is potential in such a common situation. By using a social networking site, we can do what we can and get connected with these people to form a good friends relationship….moreover it can give benefits for us by sharing knowledge in subjects that we are not really understanding by helping from our valuable friends through chatting and many more…… These connections are definitely valuable in the long run. InsyaALLAH……

Here are some cons for us……..

  No Privacy

You are putting out information about your name, location, age, gender, and many other types of information that you may not want to let others know. Most people would say be careful, but no one can be certain at any given time. Thus social networking not fully gives their users a kind of security…….SO BE CAREFULL…..

  Scams and Harassment

There is a potential for failure of security in both personal and business context. While many sites apply certain measures to keep any of these cases of harassment, cyber-stalking, online scams, and identity theft to an absolute minimum, we still may never know. Again BE CAREFUL….

  Time Consuming

The key to social networking is that it is supposed to be fun, whether you are just doing it for building trust and friendship or clicking around for business purposes. That should be reasonable enough for anyone, but there are those people who don't see the point. For them, it can be a disadvantage. It is wasting time for them!!!!! It is better for them to be like a bookworms whose 24 hours reading a valuable messages from the authors…….

Words to ponder!!!!!!!!

As long as you go along without making big mistakes, then it is all good. You can take advantage of the Internet phenomenon that continues up to this day.

Once you understand the advantages and disadvantages of social networking, then you can cruise through without fail.

                 Talking about social network, we are more comfortable in using Facebook as the medium of finding new friends and to share what is in our mind. Facebook gives us the opportunity to have chatting with our friends who are staying further enough from us. Why we love it so much because the developer prepare this for free, means we don't have to pay anything to get contact with it but for sure we have to be connected to the internet first. We left other social network behind because we think that Facebook is more user friendly compared to others.

                 Even though it seems to have many advantages of using it, but there is something that many people especially the social network's consumers have overlooked about it.So we have something here to share to according to our own opinions and based on some research.
